About.
You don’t need a full-time logistics executive. You just need access to one.
CK Logistics Advisory was built on a simple observation: the most complex supply chain challenges in the chemical industry rarely need a new hire. They need someone who has been there before.
We provide specialized logistics advisory, interim executive leadership, and supply chain resiliency services exclusively to chemical producers, distributors, and traders navigating the operational demands of bulk liquid supply chains, from domestic distribution to cross-border trade.
Whether you are scaling into new territory, preparing for the unexpected, leading through disruption, or rebuilding for what comes next, we bring the depth of a seasoned logistics executive without the overhead of a full-time one.
Meet the Founder
I’ve spent 16 years learning all corners and facets of bulk liquid logistics, chemical distribution, and international trade, honing a specialized expertise in heavily regulated global chemical supply chains. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams through growth, redirection, organizational transformations, and implementations. I’ve provided expertise on new project design scopes, entered new markets, led successful start-ups and commissioning’s, and guided organizations through high-stakes operations. I’ve built from the ground-up what most consultants have only ever advised on.
I’m passionate about making complexity simple, bringing calm to chaos, and unlocking understanding and insight for individuals at every level of an organization.
These are not easy times for our industry. Every year we experience another “once in a lifetime”, or “we’ve never seen anything like this”, "or “never in my career” event. In these times, even the most established and reliable of supply chain infrastructures are vulnerable to the unknown. Now more than ever, sustainable growth in the chemical industry means doing what you’ve never done before... and doing it with less.
If your vision for success has a question mark between ‘what’ and ‘how’… we should talk.
